Andre Minaux
Andre Minaux (1923 – 1986) was a French painter and printmaker, best known for his stylized Social Realist paintings and prints. He studied at the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris and exhibited his work at the Salon d’Automne and Salon des Indépendants. Minaux created many abstract figurative compositions, often featuring scenes of women. In addition to painting, he produced etchings and lithographs and illustrated contemporary books. His work is held in numerous museums around the world.
