Orlando Pelayo
Orlando Pelayo (1920-1990) was a prominent Spanish artist born in Gijón. He later moved to Paris, where he became integral to the community of exiled Spanish artists. Pelayo is known for his figurative expressionist works, which have been displayed in prestigious museums, including the Museo d’Arte Moderne in Bilbao and the Pompidou Centre in Paris.
