Robert Indiana (1928-2018) was an American artist known for pop art. In 1965, he created the famous “LOVE” print for the Museum of Modern Art’s Christmas card. This print inspired his Love sculpture in 1970 and the “LOVE” stamp issued by the United States Postal Service in 1973.
