    Ellsworth Kelly (1923 – 2015) American Artist pioneered a distinctive style of abstraction based on real elements reduced to their essential forms. ?Contemplative and uncategorizable, his paintings, sculpture, and works on paper expanded all the possibilities .U.S. Postal Service Announces Ellsworth Kelly Stamps. Each of the ten stamps features a different painting or sculpture by the artist, including pivotal works such as Colors for a Large Wall (1951), Spectrum I (1953), and Blue Red Rocker (1963). The stamps will be released on May 31, 2019.
